Shipping and Handling
Our products are handmade in our studio in Orlando, Florida. While many items are kept in stock, some are made to order and may take 1–3 business days to be crafted before shipping.
We ship all orders via USPS.
Domestic orders within the USA ship at a flat rate of $6.95.
Enjoy free USPS First Class shipping on all domestic orders over $90.00.
USPS First Class Mail items typically arrive 3–5 business days after shipment.
- Free shipping is automatically applied before tax.
- Free shipping is applied before any coupon or gift card is used.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven't received a confirmation email within a week, please check your spam or junk folder and verify that the correct email address was entered at checkout. You can also track your order by clicking "Account" and then "My Orders." If you still need assistance, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Every order ships in a KaZel & Co. gift box, ready to give.
Orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days. In rare circumstances, delivery may take longer. If you placed a large order, items may ship separately as they are completed — we never want to keep you waiting longer than necessary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
If tracking shows "Delivered" but your package is missing, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement. Once USPS delivers a package, it becomes the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that during the holiday season, delivery timeframes may be impacted.
