Shipping

While many items are kept in stock some are made to order and most of them would take from 1-3 business to be made.

All items will ship within 1-5 days of order

Domestic order in USA have a flat rate of $4.00.
We shipped all items thru USPS.
Free USPS First Class shipping on all domestic orders over $55.00.
USPS First Class Mail items usually arrive 3-5 days after order is shipped 

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
There is a $5.00 processing fee in your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Right now, due to the Pandemic, we are not accepting return on all earrings.

 

Exchange

Unfortunate we don't accept exchange, unless we send the wrong item or the item was damaged during shipping.

 

refunds

After we approved return the item and  your order has been received, we will issue a full refund (less shipping charges) to your original payment method. You will receive your refund within 5 business days.

Special Order:

Custom Made Items are not returnable or exchangeable. Thanks for your understanding. 

Sale items (if applicable)
