THE KAZEL STANDARD
DOES IT TARNISH?
Not easily. We don't use cheap plating that fades after a few wears. Our wire starts with a quality copper/silver core, then plated in gold or silver, and finally sealed with a protective polymer coating designed to resist tarnish and protect your skin with proper care.
Keep it away from water, perfumes, and lotions and it will keep its shine.
IS THE WIRE NICKEL-FREE?
Absolutely. Our wire is made without nickel, lead, or cadmium. Each piece starts with a quality copper/silver core, is plated in gold or silver, and sealed with a protective polymer coating that creates a smooth barrier against the skin.
It’s designed to be comfortable for sensitive skin, but if you have a known metal allergy, contact us before ordering so we can help you choose the best option.
CAN I WEAR IT IN THE SHOWER?
We build our jewelry for long-term durability, but we recommend keeping it out of the water. The protective polymer coating helps resist everyday wear, but constant exposure to soap, steam, shampoo, chlorine, and moisture can eventually dull the finish and affect natural gemstones.
Treat your jewelry like the art it is: put it on last, take it off before showering or swimming, and store it dry.
HOW DO I CLEAN IT?
Our wire is protected with a polymer coating, so it does not need harsh cleaners, ultrasonic dips, or aggressive scrubbing. When your piece needs a refresh, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. For detailed wire areas, use a soft, dry toothbrush if needed.
Keep your jewelry away from water, perfume, lotion, moisture, and abrasive materials. When you’re not wearing it, store it in the small protective zip bag included with your order, or in another dry, protected place. Handle natural gemstones with care, as they can chip if dropped.
DOES IT COME IN A GIFT BOX?
Yes. Every Kazel & Co piece is carefully placed in a studio gift box, designed to feel polished, personal, and ready to give. Whether it’s a meaningful gift or a piece you chose for yourself, the unboxing should feel as intentional as the jewelry inside.
WHAT LENGTH IS THE CHAIN?
Our signature necklaces and fashion crosses come on an adjustable 16–18 inch chain, designed to sit beautifully at the neckline and layer easily with your favorite pieces.
Pieces finished in gold include a 14K gold-filled chain, and pieces finished in silver include a .925 sterling silver chain. Need it a little shorter or longer? Contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what adjustment options are available.
IS IT HANDCRAFTED?
100%. We don’t use factory machinery or assembly-line shortcuts. Each Kazel Wire piece is crafted in-house by Johanny using Alambrismo, a South American wire artistry technique where every curve, wrap, and detail is shaped by hand.

Each stone is listed in the product details. We use carefully selected genuine gemstones and premium freshwater pearls, chosen for their natural beauty, color, and character.
No two natural stones or freshwater pearls are exactly the same, so each piece carries its own subtle variations in tone, pattern, and texture, making your Kazel & Co piece feel personal, distinctive, and uniquely yours.
CAN I RETURN IT IF I DON'T LOVE IT?
We want you to feel completely confident when you wear our work. If a piece doesn’t connect with your personal style, you may return it within 20 days of delivery for store credit.
The item must be unworn, in original condition, and returned inside the original Kazel & Co box so it is protected during shipping. Earrings and custom pieces are final sale. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We pack each order with the same care and precision we bring to the workbench. Your piece ships from our Florida studio within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–4 business days to arrive, depending on the carrier and destination.
CAN I WEAR IT EVERY DAY?
Yes, our pieces are crafted for regular wear, but they should still be treated with care. Avoid water, perfume, lotion, sweat, and harsh chemicals to help preserve the finish and natural stones.
Store your piece in the branded polybag or KaZel & Co. box when not wearing it. Keep it away from water, perfume, lotion, and moisture.
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear. For the wire, use a soft dry toothbrush if it needs cleaning. Avoid harsh cleaners or abrasive materials. Handle the stone with care, natural gemstones can chip if dropped.
